Hello! My name is Alison Appleman, expected December 2022 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earning my Bachelor of Science in Communications Media/Media Studies with a minor in Sociology. During my time at IUP, I have been awarded with the Dean's List each semester by maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.7 and a department GPA of 4.0.

At IUP, I was able to find what I love to do through the various audio courses I was enrolled in. It was through these classes that I gained proficiency in Steinburg Cubase Elements 11, audio interface operations, and scriptwriting.

Another great opportunity I had at IUP was my time as Web Staff, Promotions Staff, Social Media Staff, and being an On-Air DJ for WIUP-FM, a student-operated radio station on campus. Fulfilling these positions allowed me to gain experience in social media marketing, event coordination, and radio studio operations.
